Welcome to read and review where we (surprise!) read and review books. The title of the review will be the book title and reviews will be labeled with the star rating (for example, 5 Stars) genre, author name, and any additional category/information that may be helpful (i.e. Book Club, Sequel Coming). (When you add labels capitalize all words, rate 1-5 Stars, 4.5 Stars for half stars etc.) Any interesting lists can also be posted here. Hopefully this will help us remember which sequels to watch for, favorite authors to watch, and of course to find good recommendations! I'm not sure yet how to handle multiple reviews of the same book-should we do it in the comments section, add a section to the original post, or write a new post?? We will see.
I consider myself an authority (or perhaps fanatic) on young adult fantasy but will read just about anything. Perhaps reading other reviews on the blog will tempt me down the path of classics or current best sellers. :) Be forewarned, I am a terrible speller (and I hardly bother with spell check), I have a habit of writing run-on sentences (call it stream of consciousness and I'm a new age T. S. Eliot), and I will very likely neglect proper sentence structure (namely parallelism, though I put forth a smidge of effort here). However, I am aware (and apparently in the minority these days) that your is a possesive adjective, there is in fact a place, and that this is very amusing:
